Tipping: Not all restaurants require a tip. Look at the bill when it arrives, if it includes a 10% service charge, you do not need to include a tip. (If the service was great and you want to add 5%, go ahead.) Generally, 10% is considered a decent tip.

SHATEA AL WATYIA: A traditional Kuwaiti restaurant offering excellent authentic Kuwaiti and Lebanese fare at a reasonable price and very generous portions. The décor is Old Kuwaiti and one of the best in town. Their mezzah (Lebanese appetizers) and Iranian bread are excellent. Afterwards you can cross the street to the Arabic tent and have
